    Abbotsford Christian School, located in the Fraser Valley, is a well-established interdenominational school of 1320 students in three campuses: Elementary (preschool – grade 4), Middle (5-8), and Secondary (9-12).

    EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANTS – MIDDLE/SECONDARY

    Abbotsford Christian School is accepting applications for full-time EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANTS at our secondary and middle school campuses. Positions begin September 1, 2024, until June 30, 2025, with the strong likelihood of continuing in September 2025. Compensation range is $27.20 – $32.76 per hour.

    We welcome applicants with the following:

    • SETA Certificate, Education Assistant Certificate, or related training, e.g. Care Aide Training
    • Experience in providing learning support to students with complex needs and learning challenges, i.e. FASD, ASD, ADHD, LD, DCD
    • Able to demonstrate an understanding of inclusive educational practices.
    • Able to demonstrate competent technology skills.
    • Able to demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills.
    • Experience in BI work is an asset.
