Elementary School Principal Back to Jobs

Richmond Christian School is seeking a qualified, dynamic Christian leader to become the next Principal of the elementary campus on August 1, 2018. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to lead and nurture a dedicated teaching and support staff of 55 people. Strong communications skills, both verbal and written, are essential as well as in-depth knowledge of the BC Education Plan. A proven ability to build strong relationships with students, staff and the parent community are vital.

About the Elementary Campus

The elementary campus is home to 55 committed staff members and 500 students enrolled from Preschool to Grade 5. A vibrant and dynamic community, we foster an environment of learning both in the classroom and beyond the walls of our school.

  • Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or equivalent graduate degree and qualifies for a British Columbia Professional Teachers’ Certificate
  • knowledgeable of the BC Ministry of Education and its relationship to the BC Independent School Act
