Abbotsford Christian School, located in the Fraser Valley, is a well-established interdenominational school of 1050 students in three campuses: Elementary (preschool – grade 5), Middle (6-8) and Secondary (9-12).
ACS is currently accepting applications for the position of Financial Administrative Assistant to the Business Office, estimated to commence April 1, 2019.
As a member of the ACS Administrative Office, the Financial Administrative Assistant reports to the Director of Finance and works collaboratively with the ACS Admin Team. Playing a key role in payroll support, tuition fee receivables, accounts payables and internal financial statement monthly reporting. He/she will be responsible for the bi-monthly input of payroll, collection and submission of employee benefits enrolment applications, preparation of new staff employment folders, employee contract preparation, correspondence with staff regarding benefits, internal departmental report preparation, as well as other duties as assigned by the ACS Director of Finance or Executive Director.

Salary Range (depending on qualifications and experience): from $21.00/hr to $27.00 per hour
