Kamloops Christian School invites applications for up to a full time position (minimum .8 FTE) for a High School Humanities instructor. The successful applicant will join a vibrant staff with opportunities for collaboration and professional development. Candidates must hold a valid teaching certificate allowing them to teach in British Columbia. Successful Candidates will participate in an interview process.  Our anticipated start date is August 30, 2018. Experience working with high school grades is an asset. Highly desirable qualifications include experience teaching humanities courses (English, Social Studies) in grades 9-12, Teaching for Transformation or other Christian Perspective courses, knowledge of Google’s Educational Suite, and experience collaborating with other teachers.


  • Teaching Certification (BC College of Teachers) or Independent School Certification (ISC).
