Agassiz Christian School is seeking a full-time Teaching Principal to begin August 2018. A dedicated servant leader is required to collaborate with staff and board to implement the education program, vision, mission and goals of ACS. The teaching assignment is flexible and depends on qualifications, experience and preferences of the successful candidate and of our current staff. We are a well-established, community-minded Christian school in its 54th year of operation. We currently serve approximately 105 students from Preschool to Grade 7. From the breath-taking view of our outdoor classroom, majestic mountains rise above productive farmlands in the river valley. ACS has been blessed with generous supporters and is in healthy financial standing.

The successful candidate must hold or be eligible to hold valid BC teaching credentials. Preference will be given to applicants with leadership training, master’s degree and previous administrative/principal experience. Applicants must be a member of a Christian church and be committed to developing relationships within the local and First Nations communities.
