Anticipated Salary Range: $140,000 – $160,000

Pacific Christian School (PCS) invites expressions of interest for the role of Head of School, anticipated to begin in August 2026. The formal application and hiring process will begin in September 2025, but we welcome early inquiries from those who sense a possible calling to this opportunity.

PCS is a vibrant, Christ-centred K–12 school located in beautiful Victoria, British Columbia. With over 800 students and a legacy of more than 60 years, our school community is deeply committed to nurturing students in Christ-like living, critical thinking, and joyful service to be faithful citizens in God’s world.

As Head of School, you will be invited to lead our community into its next season of growth. You’ll inherit a healthy organization rooted in faith, service, and academic excellence—and be challenged to build on this foundation with vision, courage, and humility. This role requires a leader who is both strategic and relational, deeply rooted in Christ, and eager to engage students, staff, and families in living out our mission.
