    Surrey Christian School is seeking a Christ-centred, visionary leader to serve as Director of Advancement, advancing the school’s mission and long-term sustainability by leading all development and fundraising efforts, including donor cultivation, stewardship, and resource generation aligned with strategic priorities. The role also provides integrated leadership across marketing, communications, and admissions to ensure a clear, compelling school identity, support enrollment growth, strengthen community engagement, and enhance the school’s visibility and reputation. Through this work, the Director builds and sustains strong relationships with families, donors, staff, volunteers, businesses, and community partners, fostering both relational depth and organizational growth.

    The ideal candidate is passionate, relational, and articulate. They are focused on the big picture but can manage the small details; are effective communicators; and are driven to advocate for Surrey Christian School’s mission, vision, and values.     We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including an 8.05% defined benefit pension plan, extended health and insurance coverage, and ongoing professional development opportunities. The salary range is $80,000 to $110,200, based on experience and qualifications.
