Abbotsford Christian School, located in the Fraser Valley, is a well-established interdenominational school of 1321 students in three campuses: elementary (preschool – grade 4), middle (5-8), and secondary (9-12).

DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT

Abbotsford Christian School is accepting applications for a DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT. This is a salaried, full-time position commencing immediately. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience specific to leadership
• Experience and excellence demonstrated in management and leadership skills

THE IDEAL APPLICANT MUST

• Demonstrate evidence of a deep and disciplined understanding of the Christian worldview
• Establish positive working relationships with school staff, families, students, and community partners
• Be able to manage a sophisticated fundraising database system
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate strong service and interpersonal skills
• Be willing to work in an innovative, creative team environment
• Demonstrate the ability to work professionally and confidently, adapting to different and new situations
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and a commitment to professional development

POSITION AND APPLICATION DETAILS

Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 (depending on credentials and years of experience).
