Early Childhood Educator/Administrator

Beehive Christian Early Learning is inviting applications for a fully qualified Early Childhood Educator to begin September 2026. Program hours will be 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday, September to June.

As a leader of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the center, including developing and implementing the program, integrating services of external consultants, supervising ECE staff, and ensuring compliance with ECE licensing regulations. You will collaborate closely with other staff members to implement a stimulating, safe, and developmentally appropriate educational environment for children ages 3-5 years. You will promote the teaching of basic Christian principles where children learn that they are created in God’s image and loved by Him.  The Beehive is an outreach ministry of New Westminster Christian Reformed Church in Burnaby.

The salary range is $270 – $330 per daily session, based on level of education and experience, plus the Wage Enhancement of $6.00 per hour.
