Grade 8 French, Textiles, and Drama Teacher

Grade 8 French, Textiles, and Drama Teacher (0.545 FTE)

Job Description

This position would start on August 31, 2026. The position is for a Grade 8 French teacher, with additional elective classes in Textiles and Drama.

Preferred Candidates Will:

• Be a committed follower of Jesus
• Be effective in relating to students
• Have a desire to develop a Christian worldview among students
• Be committed to lifelong learning
• Be comfortable working in an information technology-rich environment
• Possess BC teaching certification
• Experience teaching Textiles

Teacher applicants should meet, at a minimum, the following qualifications: 

• A Bachelor of Education degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency in French language instruction
