Human Resources Advisor – SCSBC HR Services

The Society of Christian Schools in British Columbia (SCSBC) is launching a new HR Services offering designed specifically to support member schools across the province.

We are seeking a practical, relational, and experienced HR professional to help establish this new service and provide trusted support to school leaders navigating increasingly complex people situations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys advisory work, coaching leaders, solving real-world problems, and building practical systems that strengthen organizations over time. The HR Advisor will work closely with principals, Heads of School, leadership teams, and employees responsible for HR at their school to provide guidance on employee relations, workplace concerns, leadership support, HR foundations, and organizational practices.

This is not a traditional corporate HR role. It is an opportunity to help shape a values-aligned support model grounded in the realities of Christian education.

Part-time (0.3–0.5 FTE) to start, with opportunity for growth over time. Remote within BC.
