Who We Are
The King’s School is accepting applications for a part-time (0.6 FTE) Office Administrator and Admissions Coordinator position starting September 2026. Located on 23 acres of beautiful agricultural land, we are a K-12 school that offers a solid educational framework to deliver the BC curriculum from a Christian worldview.

Qualifications
Applicants should demonstrate a genuine relationship with Christ. To be considered for the role, the candidate should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with advanced education or certification considered a plus. Experience in administrative roles—ideally in an educational setting—is required. Strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, excellent organizational abilities, collaborative skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information professionally are essential. As part of our admissions administration, the candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and be able to facilitate the admissions process end-to-end.
Compensation Range
Per SCSBC guidelines, the position would earn between $28.16 to $31.81 per hour, based on education and experience. We offer an excellent compensation package, including an 8.05% pension, a premium dental plan, and extended health benefits.
