    Expected Roles to Fill for August 2026

    Compensation Range: 1.0 FTE is based on an annual full-time salary of $55,356 – $89,943. For successful applicants hired in June, salaries begin in July 2026.

     

    • Inclusive Education Coordinator: .2 FTE

    Serving students in our Inclusive Education service, this position is important in the Northside community. Duties include:

    • communication with parents, students, teachers and classroom assistants;
    • schedule regular meetings with teachers to identify the needs of our inclusive learners and build structures for their success, including IEPs and Learning Plans;
    • working with classroom teachers to plan and schedule meetings;
    • scheduling assessments;
    • helping classroom staff build structured learning supports;
    • Other duties depend on the experience of the successful candidate.

    Our successful candidate will report to the Northside Christian School Principal and collaborate regularly with Learning Leaders. The Inclusive Educator Role will be instrumental in working with the Principal and Learning Leaders as we implement the SCSBC Amplify program. As this role includes building instructional strategies applied by Classroom Assistants, the extent of FTE and assignments can be considered depending on the previous experience of the Inclusive Education Coordinator.

     

    • Elementary Teaching Positions:

    Grade 5-6 Classroom .2 FTE: Successful candidate will work one day per week with our Elementary Team and take direction from Elementary Team Leader and Principal.
