The ideal candidate is a BC certified educator who demonstrates a strong commitment towards Christian Education and a strong understanding of the BC Curriculum. You thrive in a collaborative team environment, are dynamic and have an ability to deliver curriculum content in an innovative manner that fully engages students in learning.

About the Position

We are anticipating an opening for a Science teacher with the possibility of teaching additional classes in math and technology. The teacher will be part of a team of educators in delivering a curriculum created by the team of education staff at RCS. Most importantly, the teacher acts as a personal model to deepen students’ understanding of a Biblical worldview and relationship with God.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor of Education degree with a teachable major in the Sciences and Math
• Demonstrated understanding and application of the Universal Design of Learning
• Experience teaching at the secondary level
• Legal authorization to work and teach in BC

Bonus points:

• Has experience teaching technology
