Senior School Principal

White Rock Christian Academy (WRCA) is seeking a passionate, Christ-centred educational leader to serve as our Senior School Principal (Grades 6–12) in a full-time temporary leadership role from January 11, 2027, through July 9, 2027.

This position offers a unique opportunity to lead a thriving International Baccalaureate (IB) Middle Years and Diploma Programme while partnering with exceptional teachers, engaged families, and a collaborative leadership team. The successful candidate will provide instructional, operational, and spiritual leadership for students in Grades 6–12, fostering a culture of academic excellence, authentic Christian community, and student flourishing.

Requirements

• BC teaching certification (or equivalent)
• Master’s Degree (or working towards one)
• Demonstrated teaching experience and school leadership
• Agreement with the school’s Community Standards Policy
• Agreement with the school’s Statement of Faith
