THE POSITION?
You are an inspiring and highly empathetic servant leader with a resume documenting rich experiences in ministry, non-profit work or education with a proven track record of leading service and outreach.
You have well-established connections and relationships with community-based and global organizations, churches, schools, outreach programs, and/or ministries that serve the vulnerable or less fortunate in local communities and beyond.
You have the ability to teach in the HS program effectively and create the scaffolding to support a vibrant and dynamic service and outreach program for K-12 students.
You can build relationships with colleagues to collaboratively support the integration of service learning and curricular learning targets.
Willingness to work irregular times including weekends, evenings, and extended service trips both during the school year and over some school breaks.
WHAT DO WE OFFER?
Annual salary range of $68,135 – $112,660

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Valid BC teaching certification or independent schools teaching certification
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree
Alternatively; a ministerial designation or theological studies would be an asset
Evidence of a strong sense of purpose and identity built on Biblical principles and participation in a local
Strong communication, program recruitment, and technology skills
High level understanding of travel planning (local and international), documentation, booking, and logistics for large student groups
Evidence of a strong sense of purpose and identity built on Biblical principles and participation in a local Christian church community.
