Gaglardi Academy, a vibrant K–12 Christian school in beautiful Comox, BC, is seeking a Christ-centred educational leader to join our team as Vice Principal (0.5 FTE) and Inclusive Education Lead (0.5 FTE, approx.).

This combined leadership role supports both school operations and inclusive educational programming, working closely with the Principal and staff to foster a supportive, student-centered learning environment. The successful candidate will provide leadership in inclusive education practices, student support planning, and collaboration with teachers and families, while also contributing to the school’s broader leadership as Vice Principal.

The ideal candidate is passionate about Christian education, committed to serving diverse learners, and skilled in building collaborative systems that help all students thrive academically, socially, and spiritually.
