Duncan Christian School is a diverse and growing Christian school located in the beautiful Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island and invites applications for the following teaching position for the 2022-2023 school year.

Elementary School French Teacher 

This part-time position designates the successful candidate as the elementary school French teacher. French Kindergarten to Grades 7. 

Can be combined with other postings if applicable.

Requirements

• Applicants must hold, or be eligible for, a valid BC Teaching Certificate and meet the requirements of the DCS Employment of Teachers Contract.
• Completion of a Bachelor of Education
• Strong understanding of differentiated instruction

• Strong working knowledge and willingness to continue learning in the areas of current pedagogy, sound assessment practices and learning

• Experience with AIM program or willingness to train
