Full-time (1.0 FTE) High School Math and Physical Education Teacher

Central Alberta Christian High School, located in Lacombe, Alberta, has provided high-quality Christian education to grades 10-12 since 1989. The mission of our school is “Transformative education within a Christian Community,” and our vision is “Striving for excellence through Christ”. Due to anticipated growth, we are now accepting applications for a full-time (1.0 FTE) high school math and physical education teacher commencing August 2023.

Applicants must:

• Have a clear understanding of Christian education
• Be able to exhibit and articulate a strong personal faith
• Have or be eligible for an Alberta Teaching Certificate
• Be able to sign the CACHS Community Lifestyle Agreement
• Be able to sign the CACHS Statement of Faith and Fidelity
• Practice strong collaboration skills and enjoy working in a team
• Be able to confidently teach in a secondary classroom
• Establish positive working relationships with school staff, community partners, families, and students
