Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an On-Call Office Assistant. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our school office on an as-needed basis. This position requires a strong commitment to our school’s mission and vision and a genuine desire to contribute to a caring environment for our students.



– Assist with general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.

– Maintain accurate student records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

– Support teachers and staff by providing administrative assistance as required.

– Perform light clerical duties, including photocopying, filing, and organizing documents.

– Uphold the Christian values of the school and provide a welcoming and supportive environment for students, parents, and staff.



– Strong commitment to Christian values and a passion for working in a Christian educational setting.

– High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.

– Prior experience in an office setting or school administration is preferred.

– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

– Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite. The ability to learn new computer programs efficiently (student management system and tuition payment system).

– Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

– Friendly and professional demeanour with strong interpersonal skills.

– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

– Flexibility to work on-call, as needed, based on the demands of the school.

– Basic first aid training is an asset.
