Penticton Christian School (PCS) is a multi-denominational, multi-ethnical, K-12, Christian professional learning community. It is classified as a Group 1 independent school, providing provincially mandated BC curriculum to its students. It is located at #102-96 Edmonton Avenue, Penticton.

The school has a strong and very successful special/inclusive education program.

Two special education assistant positions are available at the school, beginning August 31, 2023, and ending June 27, 2024.

Successful candidates are committed Christians and possess the ability to work closely with other staff members, special/inclusive education students, parents, and the school’s administration. Experience working with children with ASD, Down Syndrome and/or chronic health conditions would be an asset, as would IEP writing experience. Hourly wages will be commensurate with experience and the recommendations as contained in the 2023-2024 Compensation Report of the Society of Christian Schools in BC.
