White Rock Christian Academy is currently accepting applications for a full-time DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AND OPERATIONS beginning July 1, 2025.

The Director of Finance and Operations (DFO) provides strategic financial leadership and oversight for the school, ensuring the effective management of all financial and operational aspects of the school society. As a key member of the leadership team, the DFO upholds the school’s core purpose, values, and statement of faith, while stewarding financial resources prudently. The DFO collaborates with stakeholders to ensure the school’s short- and long-term financial sustainability, alignment with strategic priorities, operational efficiency, and sound management of risks and liabilities. Additionally, the DFO provides leadership and oversight to the board finance committee, finance department staff, and the Head of School, while supporting the Board of Directors by contributing to the school’s strategic vision and participating in key initiatives and projects.

The ideal candidate must be aligned with WRCA’s Core Purpose and Values, Statement of Faith and Community Standards.
