Abbotsford Christian School, located in the Fraser Valley, is a well-established interdenominational school of 1300 students in three campuses: Elementary (preschool – grade 4), Middle (5-8), and Secondary (9-12).

EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANT – Elementary and Secondary School

Abbotsford Christian School is accepting applications for EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANTS at our Elementary and Secondary campuses. These positions are part-time to full-time, from February 1 until June 30, 2025.  The compensation range is $26.95 – $32.46 per hour.

We welcome applicants with the following:

• SETA Certificate, Education Assistant Certificate or related training
• Experience in providing learning support to students with complex needs and learning challenges i.e. FASD, ASD, ADHD, LD, DCD
• Ability to demonstrate an understanding of inclusive educational practices
• Ability to demonstrate competent technology skills
• Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills
• Ability to perform the required duties within an emotionally and physically demanding environment
