    Job Description

    Are you detail-oriented, people-focused, and passionate about making a meaningful impact in a Christ-centered environment? Pacific Christian School is looking for a part-time Executive Assistant to join our team!

    This role is ideal for someone who thrives in supporting HR processes, managing data, and helping to shape a thriving, mission-driven workplace. From coordinating contracts and benefits to strategic planning and data analysis, you’ll be integral to advancing our school’s mission.

    Key Details

    • Position: Executive Assistant – HR
    • Schedule: Part-time (half-time)
    • Start Date: The official start date for this position is January 6, 2025; however, if the successful candidate is available, we would seek some overlap with the incumbent prior to Christmas
      • This position provides holidays at Christmas and Spring Breaks, as well as at least six weeks of summer holidays (much of July and the first half of August).
    • Compensation: This position is paid an annual salary based on a wage of $29.98 per hour.
