Compensation Range: $49,820 – $87,305 (based on experience and 1.0 FTE)

We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified individual to join PRCS part-time for the 2026-2027 school year and beyond.  We have the privilege of teaching and shaping our students through every interaction within and outside our classrooms. As a school, we aim to keep our intermediate maximum class size at 25 students.  The goal is to encourage strong relationships and support for our students and staff.

What We Offer with this position

• Compensation ($48,369 – $84,763 1.0 FTE), based on education and experience.
• At least 120 minutes of prep scheduled weekly for full-time teachers (prorated part-time).
• Life & disability insurance and optional life insurance for full-time staff.
• Small class sizes: [Limits K (18), Grades 1-3 (20), Grades 4-7 (25)]
• Full-time aid in all of our classrooms to support the classroom teacher and students, dependent on the annual budget.

Preferred Qualifications

• Eligible for B.C. Teaching Certification or B.C. Independent Schools Teaching Certification
• Bachelor’s Degree with coursework in teachable subjects
• Previous teaching experience as a TOC or classroom teacher
• Evidence of involvement in a local Christian faith community
• Evidence of strength and/or training in literacy and numeracy instruction
• Ability to work in a collaborative, inclusive work environment
• Evidence of courage, integrity, transparency, and honesty in relationships
