Langley Christian School is seeking energetic and dedicated individuals to join our After School Care Program. This is a wonderful opportunity for university students, LCS alumni, or anyone passionate about working with children to be part of a vibrant, supportive school community. As a key member of our team, you’ll help provide a safe, fun, and engaging environment where children from kindergarten to grade 5 can thrive.

About Us:
The LCS Out of School Care program operates as an extension of our school family. Our team of Educational Assistants (EAs) and Early Childhood Educators (ECEs) are committed to nurturing a space where children feel connected, valued, and included. We foster creativity, unity, and fun among different age groups, ensuring every child feels a strong sense of belonging.

Job Details:

Position: Part-time (most staff schedules are open or close 2-5 days per week)

Hours of operation:

Before School: Monday to Thursday 7:15 AM – 8:30 AM, Friday 7:15 AM-9:15 AM

After School: 2:45 PM – 5:45 PM

Wage: $21 – $24 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Qualifications:

Minimum 19 years old

Valid First Aid Certificate (Emergency Child Care First Aid with CPR/AED Level B)

20-hour Responsible Adult Course or equivalent education (required)

Criminal Record Clearance (site-specific, links will be sent to those who have been interviewed and hired)
