B.C. Christian Academy is a Pre-K to Grade 12 independent Christian School in the Tri-Cities, B.C, Canada. We are passionate about equipping students to impact the world for Jesus Christ.  We welcome applications from B.C.-Certified teachers, and those eligible for certification, to join our rapidly growing School.

We are currently accepting applications for the following teaching positions for our Primary, and Middle Schools in the 2024/25 School Year.

Primary School

Grade 3 Teacher for 2024-2025 School Year (1.0 FTE)

Grade 4 Teacher for 2024-2025 School Year (1.0 FTE)

Elementary Music Teacher (K-2) for 2024-2025 School Year (0.40 FTE)

Middle School

Grade 5 to Grade 8 Homeroom Teachers for 2024-2025 School Year (1.0 FTE)

• Core Curriculum with an emphasis on teaching Science and/or Math

OR

• Core Curriculum with an emphasis on teaching Language Arts, Social Studies and/or Bible

Middle School PE Specialist for 2024-2025 School Year (1.0 FTE)

• Teach 8 MS PE classes
• Coach extracurricular sports at MS and possibly HS levels
• Represent BCCA on Christian Elementary School Sports Organization

Salary Range:
Grade 3, 4, 5-8 & PE Specialist: $47,918 – $87,076
Elementary Music Teacher: $30–$34/hour
