Flex Academy Teachers

Flex Academy is a K-12 campus school in Kelowna, BC, offering face-to-face and hybrid education. Flex launched in September 2023 with 180 students and is on track to grow to 240 students for the 2024/25 school year. Our K-5 Foundations program looks very similar to a traditional school with a focus on ensuring strong literacy, numeracy and learning foundations. As of grade 6, our Innovation students start to move into hybrid classes where they are working on-site on their courses, which use an increasing amount of digital tools for content delivery. This frees up teachers to do the work they love, like focusing on relationships with students and inquiry learning projects. As students progress to high school, the flexibility of their individual program increases, with some course options available as online courses. We are looking for innovative, flexible, and relational-based teachers to join our quickly expanding team on-site on our Kelowna campus!
