Houston Christian School is a well-established K-12 Christian school located in the beautiful Bulkley Valley in British Columbia. The community of Houston offers diverse recreational opportunities and affordable housing.

At Houston Christian School, our vision is to educate, engage, and equip…to the glory of God. In the fall of 2025, HCS will launch an updated 5-year strategic plan. This strategic plan will include a strong commitment to educational excellence, increased accessibility, inclusion, and sustainability.

Based on our anticipated needs for the 2025/26 school year, HCS is accepting applications for a 1-year primary-level maternity leave, a possible upper elementary teacher, a possible middle school teacher, and a possible high school English teacher.

Applicants should hold or be working towards a BC Teaching Certificate. The FTE compensation range is $53,743 to $94,181
