Kindergarten Teacher 

The ideal candidate will:

● demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for creating a supportive, and caring learning environment
● show a clear understanding of how to fulfill and reflect the school’s mission and vision within the
classroom
● possess strong knowledge of the Ontario curriculum and the ability to intentionally integrate a biblical
worldview into teaching practice
● exhibit effective and professional communication skills
● hold experience with inquiry-based learning, Responsive Classroom practices, and restorative discipline
approaches (preferred)
● demonstrate proven collaboration skills, with flexibility, creativity, and a commitment to teamwork
● possess the Ontario teaching certificate (or equivalent)
