Reports to: The Lighthouse Christian Academy Board of Directors
Education: Masters in Education, or equivalent, or experience that lends itself to the job.
Supervises: All staff, including teachers, EAs, Office staff, Student Services Coordinator, and the Director of Operations.

The Principal at LCA must be knowledgeable of and assume responsibility for the effective and efficient operation of the total grade K-12 program, upholding the vision, mission, core values and strategic plan of LCA . S/he must perform the duties and responsibilities of this position to the ultimate benefit of the entire spiritual/educational program. The Principal, as the administrative and instructional leader, will provide leadership in the operation and growth of the school and will establish and maintain a caring, productive, innovative, Christian environment for students and Staff.
Ideally, this position would start as a Vice Principal, working with the current principal for the 2024–25 school year and moving to principal in the 2025–26 school year.
